New x Two

Last week Jack and I purchased our first new car together. It is a royal blue 2009 Kia Sportage. We are so excited to both have our own car now. Perfect timing since the day we bought it I also got a call about the government position I applied for back in July. I had been impatiently waiting and was starting to think that they were never going to get back to me. Well, I had an interview later in the week and that very day got offered the position. I am going to be an Educational Aide for a special needs child. I don't know many details besides that but I will find out TOMORROW when i start! It is such a blessing, God must have known we needed that extra boost to help us out with the car. I am still going to try to manage to keep the coaching position in the evenings, but time will tell how that is going to work out. I am going to be a busy bee that's for sure! Funny how I went from no job to 2 jobs in only a few weeks. I am VERY thankful though and am now finally feeling like I am leading my own life here...and it sure is a good feeling! Soooo we had quite an eventful week last week with a new car and a new job. Now this week I will just be busy with my new job and holding down the fort until Jack returns home to me. Be sure to pray for his safe return :)

Oh yeah and one more thing, Alfie and I attended his second week of puppy training classes on Saturday and let's just say...we're workin on it ;)
