Summer Fun

Even though it's summer 365 days a year on Guam we can still have our summer fun, right? On Monday Jack had the day off so we decided to go kayaking. We had been trying to go all weekend but weren't having much luck with the weather. We had a fun time but I seem to remember it being easier the last time we did it. We only lasted a little over an hour this trip. With the heat and current, we were ready to trade in the kayak for our beach chairs.

Once we got home from the beach we made dinner and then headed to a free concert that they were having on base. The weather was perfect for sitting outside, breezy and not too hot. There were a few famous bands playing from the states and the emcee was Mr.Belding from Saved by the Bell. By far the best part! He was funny and I loved hearing all of his famous lines from the show. He apparently couldn't handle the Guam weather because he was SO sweaty haha!
